What is your Animal Welfare Policy?
At Barberitos, our goal has always been to make good food more accessible and we are proud to always prepare fresh food daily for our customers. Choosing great ingredients is part of our story too. That is why we are committed to continuously improve the well-being of animals in our supply chain. In this effort, we are working with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA®) to develop and implement our animal welfare policy. **By 2025 or sooner, all of our chicken will be Global Animal Partnership (GAP) certified and will be processed using CAS, which is widely considered as more humane. We are also committed to source all of our turkey and pork from farms that have earned an independent animal welfare certification recognized by the ASPCA® Shop With Your Heart program by 2025 or sooner.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions, such as gluten free, vegetarian, etc.?
Yes, we can accommodate your dietary needs with vegetarian and gluten free options.
Are chips and salsa provided at an extra cost?
The chips and salsa are provided free of charge with every catering order.
Do you charge for plates, napkins, and utensils?
No, we provide all plates, napkins, and utensils with your catering order.
How will the food stay hot and fresh?
We provide disposable chafing stands and warmers so that your meal is served hot and fresh.
Barberitos Rewards FAQ’S
Will my points transfer to the new program?
Yes! All existing points will automatically transfer to the new Barberitos Rewards program.
Do I need to create a new account?
No, but you may need to update your profile with your phone number as that is how you will access your new rewards program.
What are the new rewards tiers?
The Barberitos Rewards program will continue to feature three tiers:
- Entry
- Gold
- Platinum
How do the new earning rates work?
Members will now earn points faster based on their tier:
- Entry = 1.0x earning rate
- Gold = 1.15x earning rate
- Platinum = 1.30x earning rate
How do I earn points?
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent at participating Barberitos locations before taxes and fees.
Can I earn points online?
Yes! You can earn points when ordering through the Barberitos website or app while logged into your rewards account.
Do third-party delivery orders earn points?
No. Orders placed through third-party services like DoorDash or Uber Eats are not eligible for rewards points.
What rewards can I redeem points for?
Members can redeem points for the following rewards:
- Tier 1 – 35 Points: Chocolate Chip Cookie
- Tier 2 – 45 Points: Small Queso or Guacamole
- Tier 3 – 55 Points: Regular Fountain Drink
- Tier 4 – 65 Points: Brownie or Marshmallow Bar
- Tier 5 – 75 Points: Extra Protein Add
- Tier 6 – 85 Points: Churro Bites
- Tier 7 – 100 Points: Single Taco
- Tier 8 – 125 Points: Large Queso or Guacamole
- Tier 9 – 150 Points: Gallon of Tea
- Tier 10 – 175 Points: Mini Burrito
- Tier 11 – 200 Points: Chicken Entrée
- Tier 12 – 225 Points: Steak Entrée
Will I still receive birthday rewards and special offers?
Yes! Members will continue receiving birthday rewards, surprise offers, promotions, and exclusive rewards opportunities.
Do I need my phone to earn points?
No. If your phone number is linked to your account, the cashier can look up your account at the register.
I forgot to scan my app during my visit. Can I still receive points?
Yes. Just give the cashier your phone number and they can look up your account so you can earn and redeem rewards
Is Barberitos Rewards available at all locations?
Yes, Barberitos Rewards is available at participating Barberitos restaurants.
How do I reset my password?
Use the “Forgot Password” option within the app login screen and follow the prompts sent to your email address.
