What is your Animal Welfare Policy?

At Barberitos, our goal has always been to make good food more accessible and we are proud to always prepare fresh food daily for our customers. Choosing great ingredients is part of our story too. That is why we are committed to continuously improve the well-being of animals in our supply chain. In this effort, we are working with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA®) to develop and implement our animal welfare policy. **By 2025 or sooner, all of our chicken will be Global Animal Partnership (GAP) certified and will be processed using CAS, which is widely considered as more humane. We are also committed to source all of our turkey and pork from farms that have earned an independent animal welfare certification recognized by the ASPCA® Shop With Your Heart program by 2025 or sooner.”

Can you deliver or do I need to pick up my catering order?

Yes, Barberitos will deliver to your event and set the catering order up for you or if you prefer, you can pick up your catering order at your local Barberitos.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions, such as gluten free, vegetarian, etc.?

Yes, we can accommodate your dietary needs with vegetarian and gluten free options.

Are chips and salsa provided at an extra cost?

The chips and salsa are provided free of charge with every catering order.

Do you charge for plates, napkins, and utensils?

No, we provide all plates, napkins, and utensils with your catering order.

How will the food stay hot and fresh?

We provide disposable chafing stands and warmers so that your meal is served hot and fresh.

Barberitos Rewards FAQ'S

How does the Barberitos Rewards program work? How do I earn points?

With Barberitos Rewards, you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in participating Barberitos restaurants. You can also earn points by referring others to the program. Every time you make a purchase scan the QR code in the app or the barcode on the receipt after the transaction. 

How will I benefit from Barberitos Rewards?

Barberitos Rewards will have many benefits for our loyal customers, including:  

  • $1 = 1 point 
  • 50 points = $5 rewards 
  • Eligible for surprise and delight, customized and local offers 
  • Free birthday reward 
  • Flexibility in earning at register or with receipt for up to 30 days 
  • Ability to increase earning potential the more you visit Barberitos 
  • Earn points through dollars spent, bonus point campaigns and referring friends 

Will my rewards go away with the new Barberitos Rewards app update?

No, your rewards and points can be migrated over into the new app if you sign up using the same email address your past account is registered to. Please note that your reward items will be converted to reward dollars. 

Will Barberitos Rewards be available at all Barberitos locations?

Yes, the app will be available October 9, 2023, to download on the Apple App Store and the Google Play store. Barberitos locations will be switching to the new rewards program between October – December 2023. 

How do I join Barberitos Rewards?

Download the Barberitos Rewards application from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store or find a link to the program on Follow the on-screen prompts to sign up for an account and start earning. There is a limit one Barberitos Rewards member per device. Reminder, if you are a member of the legacy rewards program, sign up with the same email address to transfer your points to Barberitos Rewards. 

Will I need a smartphone to be part of the Barberitos Rewards program?

Yes, at this time the Barberitos rewards program is app based. Once you have signed up through the app the cashier can look up your phone number on the POS at the restaurant. Make sure to enter your phone number as part of your profile. 

I forgot my phone during my visit. Can I still receive points?

Yes, the cashier can look up your phone number on the POS system in the restaurant if you have forgotten your phone. Please make sure you add your phone number to your profile. 

Can I earn rewards when I purchase online?

Yes. If you are a Barberitos Rewards member you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend when ordering on our website or ordering with the Barberitos Rewards App when logging in with your account username and password. Orders placed with third party pickup and delivery services, such as DoorDash or UberEats, are not eligible for rewards with the Barberitos App. 

Will I earn points for delivery orders I place through my app?

You will earn points for first party delivery orders through the Barberitos Rewards app. You will not earn points for third party delivery orders.  

Can I redeem my banked rewards/currency when I purchase online?

Yes, you may redeem rewards on the “Checkout” page in the ordering process of our website or Barberitos App, followed by the option to pay via Credit Card or Gift Card. 

What is the referral program and when do I receive points?

All Barberitos Rewards member have a referral code they can find in their app under the ‘Referral Bonus’ in the app. When you share your code with a friend you will receive 25 bonus points after the referee makes their first loyalty visit with the app. No limit on referrals. 

Can I redeem the exact amount of my bill?

Rewards can only be redeemed in $1 increments. If you would like to cover your whole bill, round up to the nearest dollar. The change left over will be put back in your account after the transaction. 

Do I get credit for change?

Barberitos Rewards will award points rounded to the nearest dollar. If you spend $9.65, you will earn 10 points. 

What if my bill is less than the rewards I am redeeming? Do I get the money back?

Yes. Unredeemed rewards will go back into your account. You will not receive physical cash from the restaurant.  

I forgot my Username/Password. What do I do next?

If you cannot access your account, use the “Forgot Password” link below the login fields in the app. You will receive an email to the email address you used to sign up with Barberitos Rewards to reset your password. 

Will I receive e-mails from Barberitos after entering my e-mail address to sign up?

Yes, you’ll receive exclusive promotions, health tips, and information about what’s happening at Barberitos. However, you can opt out at any time. 

Will my name be put on a mailing list for other organizations?

No, Barberitos does not give out or sell your information to any other person, company, or entity.
